1. Data we collect

When you make a booking we process the following data: your name, contact details (email, phone number, address), the dates and property booked, the number of guests, and any special requests. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never store your card details ourselves.

2. Legal basis for processing

We process your data to perform the accommodation agreement made with you, and to comply with related legal obligations, such as the record-keeping requirements of accounting law.

3. Services we use

We use Smoobu (a channel manager) to manage bookings and availability, and Stripe to process payments. Both act as data processors on our behalf, and data is shared with them only to the extent needed to fulfil your booking.

4. Retention period

We retain booking-related data for as long as necessary to perform the agreement, and for the retention period required by accounting law and other applicable legislation.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, and, in certain circumstances, have it transferred to another system. You can exercise these rights using the contact details below.
